Why it matters

Small deals go wrong in big ways.

Payment agreed in a chatWho pays what, and when? Nobody wrote it down, so each side remembers it differently.
“Good condition” means nothingWithout a test and a pass mark, every failed module turns into an argument.
Pickup nobody confirmedThe truck arrives, the site is closed, the papers for dangerous goods are missing.

One of my own deals cost €3,900 in claims because the inspection terms were loose. This is the way through a deal I wish I'd had.

Questions

Before you start

Why not just ask ChatGPT for a contract?

You can. An AI writes a contract, but it doesn't read your lot data, find a truck or pick up the phone when something goes wrong. This takes the deal from your lot to the signed papers, with battery terms from real deals.

Is this legal advice?

No. You get standard trade documents filled in with what you tell me. They don't replace a lawyer. Read them before you sign.

Can I change something after I download?

Yes. The deal stays open. Change a detail and download the new documents, free. A new deal is a new download.

What happens to the files I upload?

I read them to fill in your lot. They stay private unless you choose to list the lot publicly, and even then your company name stays hidden.

Do you take part in the deal?

No. The agreement is between you and your buyer. I don't hold money or take a cut, unless you ask me to broker a lot over €30,000.

What about ADR and dangerous goods?

The transport step lists the points to check with your carrier, such as the UN number and packing. It is guidance only. Your carrier and its safety adviser are responsible for the transport papers.

Which countries does it work for?

Deals between companies in the EU, Norway, Switzerland and the UK. Prices in euro, kronor or dollars.

Not legal advice

This is a document and guidance service. It fills in standard terms with the details you give. You and the other party are responsible for checking them and for what you sign.
