Privacy
This page covers the deal steps on batteries.williambergh.com. William Bergh Consulting AB, org no [number], Stockholm, is responsible for your data. The chat on williambergh.com has its own privacy page.
Your email address
You sign in with your email address. A link that works once, for 30 minutes, is sent to it. There is no password. After you sign in, a cookie keeps you signed in for 30 days. It is the only cookie here, and signing in needs it.
Your deals
What you enter in the five steps is saved as you go, in a database at Upstash (servers in Frankfurt). Only you and the operator can see your deals.
Your files
Files you upload go to private storage at Vercel, in Stockholm. They have no public link. Only you and the operator can open them. You can remove a file in step 1.
Files read by AI
To fill in your stock details, your files are sent to Anthropic, which makes Claude. Claude reads them and suggests values. Under Anthropic's terms for business use, it doesn't train its models on them.
Sign-in links and notes about your deal are sent through Resend. A question you send reaches the operator by email, with your address to reply to.
Statistics
PostHog (servers in the EU) counts which steps are opened and finished, how many files are added and which help is asked for. It never gets what you type or upload. It sets no cookies and doesn't know who you are.
The Stock for sale page
Nothing you enter is public. If you ask to list your stock, it is checked first. Only then does it go on the Stock for sale page, without your company name.
Why and how long
Your data is used to run the deal you asked for. A deal and its files are kept until you ask for them to be deleted. Invoices are kept for seven years, as Swedish bookkeeping law requires.
Hosting
The site runs on Vercel, which keeps short-lived server logs.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete what is stored about you. Email from the address you sign in with. You can also complain to the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection (IMY).
