Refunds
Short rules, so you know where you stand before you download.
When you pay
You pay €199 for the documents when you download them. Until then, nothing is owed. There is no card payment yet. You request the download, an invoice comes by email, and once it is paid you download the documents.
After download
Once you have the documents, there is no refund. They are made for your deal and can't be given back.
Changes are free
The deal stays open. If a detail was wrong, change it and download again at no cost. A new deal is a new download.
If a document is wrong
If a document is wrong because of a mistake on the site's side, say so. It is fixed, or you get your money back.
Carrier quotes
€49 is charged when the quotes are sent. If no carrier is found for your route, you don't pay.
Listings
€49 is invoiced only when a listing is approved. If it is rejected, nothing is charged. Once it is live, there is no refund. A renewal is a new €49 for another 60 days.
Brokered deals
A brokered deal has its own written agreement. Its fee and terms are in that agreement.
