Terms of service
These terms apply when you use batteries.williambergh.com. By starting a deal you accept them.
Who runs this
The site is run by William Bergh Consulting AB, org no [number], Stockholm, Sweden, here called the operator. It is for companies that sell batteries, not for consumers.
What you get
A guided way to put a battery deal together, and five trade documents filled in with what you enter. You can add paid help, such as carrier quotes, where a step offers it.
Not legal advice
The documents are standard terms filled in with your details. They don't replace a lawyer. You and your buyer check them and decide what to sign.
The deal is yours
The agreement is between you and your buyer. The operator is not a party to it, doesn't hold money, doesn't guarantee payment and doesn't vouch for the buyer. A brokered deal is different and has its own written agreement.
What you enter
You make sure what you enter and upload is correct and that you may share it. Don't upload another company's confidential papers without their consent.
Files read by AI
Claude, an AI from Anthropic, reads your files and suggests values for your stock. It can be wrong. Check every value before you use it.
Listing your stock
A listing must meet the rules shown in step 1, such as at least 500 kWh, a datasheet, photos and an asking price. It is then checked before anything is public on the Stock for sale page, and it can be rejected. An approved listing costs €49 for 60 days, invoiced on approval, and goes up once paid. Your company name stays hidden.
Prices
Working through a deal is free. The documents cost €199 per deal, carrier quotes cost €49 and a listing costs €49 for 60 days, excl. VAT. There is no card payment yet. You request the download, an invoice comes by email, and once it is paid you download the documents. The refund rules are on their own page.
Fair use
Don't use the site to send spam, to run automated tests on it or to reach other sellers' deals. Access can be closed for anyone who does.
Liability
The operator keeps the site working and the documents correct as far as it reasonably can. It is not liable for how a deal turns out, for losses between you and your buyer, or for indirect losses. Any liability is limited to what you paid for that deal.
Changes
These terms may change. The date at the top shows the latest version. A change doesn't affect documents you have already downloaded.
Law
Swedish law applies. A dispute goes to a Swedish court, with Stockholm District Court as the first court.
