The seller runs this sealed-bid auction. I bring buyers to it and handle the NDA. Every bidder must sign the seller's mutual NDA first. Only bidders who have signed can see the full documentation and submit a bid.
- Request the NDA. Email or WhatsApp me and I send you the seller's mutual NDA (PDF).
- Sign it and send it back. Fill in your company name and address, sign, and return it to me. The seller checks each bidder against it before they may bid.
- Get the documents. Once the NDA is executed you receive the technical data sheets, the breakdown per module type and the bid instructions.
- Submit your best bid by 13 November 2026. Prices are FCA, Alabama, USA. If you need delivery, state the location and Incoterm in your bid.
- If you win, you sign the seller's sales contract directly with the seller. Pick-up starts no later than 1 December 2026.
You can bid on all 1,080 modules, on at least 32 boxes (288 modules), or on the full quantity of one module type even if it is fewer than 32 boxes. Sign early: the NDA needs to be in place before the deadline.
